Hi, I am awaiting the arrival of my Thermo, hopefully tomorrow, and am interested to find out if there are any other members that follow a High Fat Low Carb or Banting lifestyle. I started on this way of life about 7 weeks ago now and am really loving it, not missing my carbs at all (I was a bread head and never thought I would ever see the day that I would pass on a slice of fresh bread!!) I am down over 23cm and 7kg and am looking for some friends for recipe swapping or anything at all that might help me/us with our way of life. ;)
