I'm still yet to receive my thermie but the umami paste is the very first thing I want to make.  I've been to a couple of health food shops but couldn't find dulse flakes - I did find wakame at the local asian grocer (thanks faffa for the recommendation!) so I have a packet of that if my thermie arrives before I find the flakes.

I think I will be purchasing Dinner Spinners very shortly.  Tenina - you have the best collection of thermomix recipes!

I'm sure she will have it in stock again soon :0

If anyone SOR is desperate for one before Tenina's stocks a replenished I have 3 copies still available for the $15 - otherwise if you are NOR you could arrange to collect from Bethesda hospital as I am there probably every second day at the moment.

Hope your stocks aren't too far away Tenina as everyone is going to be wanting one the more we rave about them!!  :-* :-*
