Last night was pasta with a sundried tomato sauce with added extras.  There is enough left for tonight as well.

We had a very quick RTE recipe last night. It uses pre prepared coleslaw and 2 minute noodles. Still quite tasty. Chow Mein Ramen Noodles.

Last night, chicken thighs cooked in AF, asparagus and steamed new potatoes.
Made Corn Fritters for GD lunch.  Posted.

Last night, pumpkin soup made in TMX, and toasted chicken avo sandwiches.  Portuguese Custard tarts.
Probably grilled pork chops and steamed veggies.
