I haven't been cooking much either.  Yesterday I made smashed potatoes for roast dinner and EDC sticking date pudding for dessert.

Nothing worse than a rotting potato smell ES.

I haven't done much since I got back from Melbourne/Ballarat.  Today I made myself a cup of cocoa and steamed some potatoes and cabbage to go with the last of my curried chicken casserole.  Now to find something else in the freezer I need to get rid of.

ES, great looking rolls. That rotten potato smell is awful and often hard to work out what it is.
Very hot here, made a lovely fresh fruit juicey smoothie with lots of ice. I am unmotivated at present just want to drop some kg's.

Jude blereau lemon and blueberry scones for breakfast.

Will also be making some gingerbread biscuits for lunchboxes later and I was going to try the corn chips in the Lunchboxes cookbook - got to check the reviews first.

Trying to get back to cooking on weekends, but life keeps getting in the way! Yesterday made pancakes and custard biscuits (on demand), and pizzas for dinner. Today I've just made a batch of Chelsea's beef stroganoff, some for tomorrow's dinner and the rest for the freezer. Making paella for dinner later.

Tonight I made a double batch of Tenina's caramelised garlic paste, cooked some rice for the freezer and made 1/2 batch of ketchup from MWOC to use up some over ripe tomatoes.

You can never have enough of the garlic paste.
