Runs excitedly to the cupboard ....... do we have crushed pineapple and granita biscuits??

YAY!!  Guess what we are having for dessert tonight too!

Thanks for bringing this one to my attention Katie!

No worries Karen.  The recipe has had lots of great reviews.
Mine is in the fridge for lunch tomorrow, the bit I licked of the spatula tasted nice  :)

 :-* Yummy!

Had to get Hubby to bring in the meat saw, and cut the monster leg of lamb to fit in the slow cooker...we breed them big  :P
fully stuffed it with garlic cloves & rosemary....so now  can enjoy smelling it all day.

last night wasn't particularly pretty, but filled the spot more than Hubby's bbq sausages in bread idea  :P

i simmered some rookwurst....Which I havent had in ages, and I mixed Teninas pesto with sour cream, and mixed with parboiled potatoes, then baked.
.........EAT CAKE!

Come on ladies and gents - I need some ideas for dinner tonight.  Want quick, easy.  I have diced beef or chicken breast on hand, lots of vegies and fruits.  Mcmich's chicken Ballantine looks good - I was actually leaning to FFS steamed stuffed chicken.

But I did want to try out the Bombay potatoes to .....

Going to try the creamy garlic prawn risotto. After all the great reviews can't wait to taste it.

Snappy you could try chicken stroganoff.
I think JD and Maddy have done it recently. Very easy in the TMX.  :)
