Why did you choose your forum name plus photos of our kitchens

I use bonsai for a lot of passwords/logins which don't need to be very secure. Bonsai is our Australian Silky Terrier who is 13 going on 3 - he's a terrible nag when he doesn't get his own way 

The avatar is a picture of my feet in the mud of 'Lake' Ballard which is about 100km north of Kalgoorlie - we went there a few years ago to see Antony Gormley's sculptures which are a fixture of the lake.  Don't google him if you are of a sensitive disposition. I'll try to find a reasonable picture of me from the ankles up

This is such a great thread.  Love all the pics  I wonder if it could be permanently posted at the beginning of this topic like the list of acronyms as it would be such a pity if it got buried and then newbies could add to it as they joined.  What do you think?

ok here is my kitchen decided to put it up even with stuff all over the place but its never so tidy that everythng is put away lol ...always cooking something 
I love the tile but hate hte kitchen..badly set up and not at all what I want/like

i dont mind the sink...but there is no bench space and so much lost space..when i redo it im doing cupboards from ceiling to floor, replace large oven on left with two normal ovens and putting cupboards where hte open part is on the right (looking into dining room) above and making a kind of large bench area come breakfast bar with storage on either side and making place for our large fridge freezer in garage instead of mini build in fridge lol..the woman who built it was an elderly lady who lived alone so it was fine for her but for a family with a mum who cooks alot not so much..
