Hi from SE Vic :))
« on: November 10, 2013, 05:32:17 am »
Hi there, im a newbie to forum and thermomix!
My name is Kylie, wife, mum 2 2, hairdresser and Intimo stylist. I live in South East Vic :)
I Have had turbo, as i affectionately call him, for 3 weeks. YAY!
I have a lot of allergies and im really enjoying playing around with different recipes and getting some variety in my diet! My diet is based on the elimination diet with a few variations :)

Is there a specific allergy section here somewhere?

Look forward to chatting to you :)

Hello and welcome Kylie. You will find that your thermomix will make coping  with your allergies easier.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Welcome Kylie,
I came across the Thermomix two and a half years ago when our teen age son became very ill and we discovered he had food allergies. I use my Theromix several times a day and cook almost every thing we eat from scratch. He is also able to cook for himself now so is quite independent on a limited diet.
I hope you will find the Thermomix and forum as useful as I have.
It is a great resource and is very friendly and helpful
