Steamed Chocolate Puddings
« on: May 01, 2012, 01:11:45 pm »
Does anyone have a recipe (or point me in the right direction please...) for steamed chocolate puddings that have a gooey centre that oozes out when you cut into it?

Thanks.
Nikki

Thanks CC, they do sound rather yum. Might try them today and steam them and see what happens. Even if they are a complete failure they'll still taste good...and my lot will still eat them as it is a dessert. Desserts don't happen in this house very often!

I think you mean puddings like these chocolate ones from Tenina.

But again they are not steamed, cooked in the oven

Has anyone tried the molten puddings with a baci or a Ferraro or something similar instead of making the truffle?

What a great idea, thanks.
