I had toast about 10am, went to work at 7am..this morning..
My Thermomix,  Kitchen Aid, Pizza oven, Nu Wave 5 in 1, Spatulas, all brings love, laughter, happiness, and great food  to my kitchen.

Oooh, low carb pancakes. The look nice and fluffy!

I had kale dry fried with some diced bacon, with some poached eggs, sprinkled with lemon juice and hemp seeds. Yummo.

I just made ham and cheese toasties in cheese and bacon buns! All enjoyed! Girls had juice and water, I had a glass of milk.  :D
