I have contacted Thermomix and they said it sounds like its a bowl problem and they would have a consultant contact me, (my consultant has left WA) I live in Atwell 6164 and haven't been able to heat for two weeks. Do you know/or are a local consultant who could help me. Thanks Yvonne

Vonne I have just done a heap of googling to see if I could find a consultant down your way, I couldn't. I no longer have one either and if I need something I go direct to head office.
If I was you I would ring them again, explain the situation and ask someone to contact you IMMEDIATELY as you have been waiting 2 weeks. That's not good.
I have just scrolled back through my deleted emails and have found this. I think this person is a southern suburbs leader or something. You may like to give her a try.
