Penang Thai Chicken and beef massamum?????
« on: May 02, 2009, 06:47:31 am »
Hi,
Not sure if anyone can help but having a Thai night with some friends soon and I'd love a recipe for the above (penang chicken and beef massamum) if anyone has one.  I normally use a prepackaged curry paste in the wok but would love a recipe for the thermomix if any one has one that works.
Thanks
Trudy

HI tolive75 - it should be easy enough to convert a recipe from the internet - Google search - but depends on whether you wish to make a large batch of the paste and keep in fridge - which is easier in some ways with quantities; or just do small amounts.

Search http://www.google.com.au/search?hl=en&q=penang+thai+curry+recipe&meta=&aq=2&oq=penang+thai and a recipe for the paste (there are lots more http://asiarecipe.com/larry/thaicurry.html#penang

Massaman paste http://asiarecipe.com/larry/thaicurry.html#masaman

Good luck
