Morning all. 3 degrees at 8 am.
CC, the concert was amazing. There is so much talent in teenage kids.
We had a very social day yesterday with the Swap in the morning and concert in the evening.
The Creswick Community centre have taken over the Whole food shop.  Available in bulk are nuts, grains , teas and flour . You can also order a box of seasonal veggies. Most stuff is Australian grown and organic. The good thing is that I can buy a small quantity .
Today we are going to stand in the cold and wet to watch GS compete in a down hill mountain bike riding competition.

Good morning everyone.  Grey and overcast again.

Chookie, I must agree with you re teenage talent.  Some of the shows our GDs put on were amaxing. Enjoy your day with your GS and be sure to rug up.

Our good weather continues.

I hope you didn’t get too wet and cold watching GS Chookie. I hate the cold.

Morning all.
Only lasted 2 hours at bike race.  Watched GS race. He came 4 th. out of 30 . Was pleased.
It was down hill, very steep and rough with lots of jumps.  Pretty gutsy stuff.
We are off to Melbourne today. Annual mammogram tomorrow at 8.30. am.

Good morning everyone.
Nice to see you were out supporting GS in spite of the cold weather Chookie. It was bitterly cold at the football on Saturday night but it’s so good being a part of it.  Enjoy your trip to Melbourne.

That type of bike riding is hard Chookie. I have a friend who's son used to compete in all those sorts of things, even travelling to other states to do so. Good  on you for lasting 2 hours.

I've just made my appointment for my mammogram!

Mammogram all clear.   12 years now.
Dr told me that 1 in 2 people who reach 85 will have had cancer.

Glad your mammogram was clear. Keep on having them.

I was astounded when they found a second breast cancer after being clear for 20years! So I do believe that. I doubt we know any person who has not been touched by cancer in some way. Sad.

Those checks are so important. even after the 5 year 'rule' as so many of the little/big *%#@@ appear then.

Blimey it’s hot here today. I went to the hairdressers this morning. Amersham was very busy with people enjoying the warm sunshine.

Great news for you Chookie.
