Nothing here today as we went on a long car run. Yesterday I made a Classic Loaf, cooked a SD rye loaf and made a fruit loaf.
I also made some choc chip biscuits using some blood orange flavoured EVOO. They are very nice. https://cobramestate.com.au/recipe/chocolate-chunk-chai-cookies
I used the blood orange oil instead of chai.

The cookies look very nice cookie.
Late last night I decided to make some Keto cheese and vegemite ‘scones’ using almond flour to have for breakfast or with soup. I’d call them muffins but whatever their name they were very tasty.

Made a Lemon Drizzle Cake yesterday.  Most of it gone now, seems DS rather likes it.
Today I made a half mix of the 3 Ingredient Fruit Cake in the pie maker.  A trial run for a vegan Christmas dessert.  Cooked up some red beet and then stewed up some rhubarb, orange & apple.  Some for pies and some just to have with custard.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

I tried a new SD recipe from Paul Mercurio.  It’s ok, not quite a brick but it doesn’t look like his. One day I will learn and stick to the ones I like and have success with.

I also made some Oat and Raisin biscuits.

Cookie, I think it is good to try new recipes even if they don’t work.
Today I have made, sweet chilli sauce, pumpkin veggie soup, Apricot jam with added Cardamom and pistachios.  Nice delicate mysterious touch. Made custard for Portuguese tarts.  Hope the repair man ring back my oven door.
Mab, that sounds interesting.

While the chicken was roasting, I managed to make and cook No Fuss rolls.  All gone now.
