I got my Xanthan gum from our local health food shop, don't know about on-line.

Hmm, might be worth asking our Coles if they could get some in.

We get Xanthan at our local Coles or the health food shop or Mrs Flannery's.

Guar is a little trickier: generally only see it at Mrs Flannery's.

A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.
