In the EDC it says to add 40g cocoa powder when you whizz up your raw sugar and flour if you want choc custard. This is what we do and it works great every time.

I always use agave syrup when something says to use golden syrup and find it always works very well.

I am VERY excited, I am about to embark on my own business! My kids school leases out their canteen privately so I put a tender in for it and I GOT IT!! So thrilled, it's my dream job, seriously lol, cooking and baking all day and being there for my kids even more than if I was staying at home! lol, and I get to take my little one with me!!! Anyway on Monday I am purchasing a tmx for the canteen, no way can I do it without it! Just wanted to share, I cannot wait to share the thermie love and goodness with my kids school community!!
