My usual Monday breads, a Classic loaf and a rye SD into the fridge overnight.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Cooking with 2 small boys.   8 and 10.   Scones for morning tea.  Pizzas for lunch and potato rolls for them to take home.

Made the filling for some Chicken, Bacon, & Leek pies.  Will make the pies tomorrow.
Chookie, enjoy your cooking time with the boys, I am sure they will have a good time.

Change of plans at last minute.  No boys.  Judy , they have been twice before.  They love to cook.
However I made potato, Wholemeal Spelt and bread flour rolls. I hate stickiness so this is what I did.

N ice rolls Chookie.  A good idea to use the ice cream scoop.  I always use mine for cakes etc.   I have 3 different sizes.

Making my chicken pies today.

Yum. They look delicious. I made a Katie’s overnight SD. I’m going to visit my brother in Dwellingup tomorrow and that is what he requested.

Have a Spelt SD loaf doing its thing overnight. Doesn’t like the cold weather.
Rolled up lots of Spring rolls. Make for a quick tasty healthy meal. Cooking curried kidney using curry powder I made, low FODMAP.

I like the spring rolls chookie.  I must look into getting an air fryer, the easy cooker just doesn't seem to cook as well as the air fryer.

Mab, I love the AF.  Instead of shallow frying the rolls, I just brush them with Garlic flavoured olive oil. Cook 10 minutes on 200.
I would hold off buying one for a few months as there are several new ones from different manufacturers about to hit the market.  Much cheaper and larger.  However I do like the Philips one. I like that I can fir itinto the dish washer.
