Pesto Sauce (Spanish recipe)

Name of Recipe:  Pesto Sauce - not tested yet

Serves:  Not stated

Ingredients:
50g fresh basil
3 cloves garlic
50g shelled walnuts
100g virgin olive oil
50g Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper

Preparation:  
Place the cheese in the  *: and grate for 10 seconds / Speed progressively 5-10.
Next, add the remaining ingredients and process at Speed 6.
Pulverise until you have a homogenous and thick mixture.

Tips/Hints:  Pesto is a cold, aromatic Italian sauce used to accompany pasta dishes.  The classic pesto is made with pine nuts but variations work just as well.

To make this even tastier, you can add 1-2 tbsps of cream or evaporated milk.  A trick for grating the cheese easily is to put it in the fridge for a while to allow it to harden.
