I have a car club committee  meeting here tonight so we are having Japanese Curry from the freezer, boiled rice and naan from the freezer.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

The chicken in the AF was amazing. It was cooked at 180° for an hour. It was cooked all the way through and yummy.

We had lasagne tonight.

Soup made with the stock from the duck carcass. Garlic bread. Made with no Fuss bread sticks and homemade garlic butter. I add a little oil to the butter. Leftover slices toast up well.

Crispy salmon with mango salsa home made potato wedges, grated sauté zucchini with a touch of lemon . Nice family Good Friday meal .
