Thanks KAtie , I do like to make my own fresh pasta.  Haven’t done this for a while but have been thinking about it lately.

An early pot of scotch broth; Brazilian bean stew (Brazil seems to be a bit of a theme just now!), roast vege frittata, aubergine stroganoff and a new batch of miracle spray!

What lovely colourful tomatoes Chookie.
You have been busy Marina.
I’ve just made some pasta in my pasta maker for dinner tonight.
I cooked my rye SD loaf.

We were given 3 lovely pumpkins the other day. We’ve had soup and today I made Pumpkin Scones. Of course I see Flo’s recipe.

Cookie, yummo.  They do look tasty. I have never made pumpkin scones.  Good chance to make some today. Yesterday I roasted a whole butternut pumpkin with rosemary . Maybe I could use this.  Will checkout Flos recipe.

Cookie, they looks nice.  Like Chookie I have never made them either.

No cooking yesterday but I must get back and do some more tomatoes as they are taking over the kitchen.  Might make some passata with this lot.

I made this to bridge a gap in our bread needs.  It is a mini loaf made in the mini SC.

I really enjoyed this Keto recipe https://www.myketokitchen.com/keto-recipes/keto-almond-biscotti/. Almond flour always over-browns in cooking but the taste is great.
I also made a batch of creamy veggie soup.

I will try again but Tapatalk will not let me post photos.  I made some corn fritters.  These were a Martha Stewart recipe.  The texture was very good but they were a bit bland.
