Quirky Jo's chicken with cashews and coconut rice. Always a winner here.  ;D

I adore crabmeat especially in a sandwich Judy ;D Brings back memories when I was a child watching my Dad taking the meat out of a freshly cooked crab ;)

Yum Judy. I made mad day's hamburgers and tried to cook them on the BBQ, but............the gas bottle finally ran out.  I finished them off on the stovetop and we all enjoyed them.
