Salmon patties from QFITT.  Mr 5 absolutely refuses all seafood so I'm hoping I can trick him into eating these!

I substituted half the salmon for crab meat to try and make it less 'fishy'.  Will report back on whether they are a success with the kids!

I've filled some sourdough crepes with leftover SOS tuna/tomato/pasta and covered them with cheese sauce.

I keep seeing SOS and don't know what it is, must investigate.  :)

I made a really nice, quick dinner called Sweet & Sticky Chicken with onions, sherry & raisins.  Served with mash and veg.  Recipe is from the Rachel Lane book of Pressure Cooking.  Really lovely.  :)
