Boys down the gym watching soccer on Fox sports, mmmm.

Obviously trying to see how far they can push.. Dinner cold on table.  Mum  home so alls cool, this is their last chance.

Can see girls more girls nights out with fend for yourselves boys & oh that stuff you wanted wash, you no where the laundry is ;D ;D

I cooked Chelsea's Chow Mein tonight, but I added too much curry paste and it was too hot for the kids >:(
I also made more muesli slice as the kids had eaten it all

Home made burgers from the freezer, boiled red potatoes with parsley butter, spinach salad, brocolini, shop low gi rolls that dh bought yesterday, another $4.80 on bread. Now I ake it I realise how expensive it is.

Dessert, impossible lemon pie :)

Mmsie from the freezer, promise will post recipe next time I make :)

I did the OMG Chicken that seems to be so popular on pinterest right now. It was nice, hubby liked it. I hate things with breadcrumbs but it was sill ok lol.

Just had to look it up.

Chicken, cover with sour cream or ranch dressing (depending on whose recipe you are looking at), top with panko breadcrumbs and Parmesan and bake in oven for 25 mins.

That sounds great. I would use natural yoghurt instead of the sour cream. How do you use pinterest?

Dinner here is a good old fashioned stew with everything in it. Made extra tasty of course with umami and vegetable stock. I might even put some dumplings on the top.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Mac and cheese tonight. Cooked it this arvo, went to put it in the fridge and aarrrgh! Found the cauliflower purée which was supposed to go in it d'oh! Hope the kids still like it. Purée is now in the freezer for next time.

Kids and OH had red sea mullet plus salad
I also made pumpkin risotto for the first time and it was delicious....even the kids and OH liked it!

Im hungry for dessert now  :-))
