This (tho cooked) with roast potato and pumpkin, steamed corn cobbettes and gravy.

Wow Astarra i thought you really liked you meat raw!!

We are having the hoisin chicken in the slow cooker but using thigh fillets and cooking in a Le Creuset pot in the oven on 160. I've left instructions for them to be cooked for 4 hours but to check them at the 3 hour mark, hope that's about right. We will have them with rice and some mixed steamed veggies.

Yummy food... Chicken casserole tonight.

Scotch steaks...because those were the only ones they weren't cememted together in the freezer  :-)) and haven't worked out what else yet....hubby will request green peppercorn sauce again, he loves the stuff!

Oh sorry - it is beef rack... marked down from $22 to $7.99!  :D  And it is in the slow cooker with herbs, onion, carrot and gravy powder (and a bit of water.)  It is smelling very nice right now... ;D

Lamb steaks I picked up on special marinated in lemon, garlic  marinade.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.
