We delivered the Buns to the neighbours the evening we made them. The elderly citizens next day. Some the next day.
Leftovers frozen and will probably  be toasted.

I have two chicken casseroles in the oven and a brisket in the slow cooker.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

Nothing today. I made some Fruit Bowl muffins the other day. They were quite nice. I used a nectarine, an apple, a banana and some blueberries. https://becs-table.com.au/fruit-bowl-muffins/

I’ve been a bit slack. Yesterday made Wholemeal rolls using my light Brioche recipe.  Cooked in AF. Visitors for lunch so served with cold chicken, ham, tomatoes and salad. They loved them so will make again.  I left the sugar out and used olive oil instead of butter.
A neighbour gave us a lovely Chocolate Easter cake.  Covered with tiny Easter eggs.
Made another lot of tomato sauce.

I was planning to make SD Hot Cross buns. However when it came to rolling them I decided to make a loaf. I’m quite pleased as this is my first go at SD with fruit.

Perfect, Cookie.
Tried Light Brioche recipe with Wholemeal flour. Made mini Quiches with dough that had been in fridge for a week. Surprised it was still active.
