I have only had my Thermomix for a year and it has a crack in the body which is growing bigger each time I use it. How do I get in touch with Thermomix to seek a remedy?

Hi Jeni, all you need to do is contact the person who did your demo & sold the machine to you.
If she is no longer working then call the free number for Australia 1800 004 838, the Perth Head Office for Thermomix.
