Don't worry Amy, I have a 'working with children' card too and a teacher ID so as long as you promise to let me sleep in Sunday I'll help to look after you. Some nice steep hills for you and DD to jog around in Gracetown. :D :D

Great news Amy, I will send you some more info a bit later when I'm sitting at my desk. Can you PM me your full name, email address, mobile, home address. Just thinking about transport, we're all going down on Friday morning and will be having lunch at a winery (of course we will be restricting your alcohol intake and it sounds like thats not an issue with you anyway) - do you have Friday off?

Thanks cookie! Of course you can sleep in on Sunday ;D

Sounds brilliant CP. I'll send you that PM right now ;D
You're right, alcohol won't be a problem for me, I'm not one of those naughty under-age drinkers :-))
And I'm quitting my job soon so I'll be free as a bird on Friday :D

Amy I'm being a mother/grandmother hen here. Forgive me: But you aren't quitting your job to come to the retreat are you?
Ask for a day off or call in with a migraine or upset tummy. You could get one over the weekend trying to keep up with all us older people. :D :D :D

Gosh no! :o No way, cookie, don't worry about that. I'm quitting my job because I'm being bullied at work :(

Amy this is the the father and unionist in me talking. You should not have to put up with bullying in the workplace and you should not have to quit to escape it.  Is it a fellow employee who is bullying you ar is it a manager/boss? If it is another employee you should speak with employer and lodge a complaint or grievance. If it is a supervisor and there is someone higher you can go to then you should speak to them.

You need to be clear about what they are doing and how it makes you feel. It doen't matter if it seems trivial to someone else if it makes you uncomfortable then they should cease doing what ever it is.

I would, I was bullied by another rep where I was working 8 1/2 years ago.
I reported it to my boss and HR.

The guy was made to go to anger management classes, and was reprimanded.

Don't let them win... :-*  I would report it.

It is my manager who is giving me a hard time Dash, and she has told me not to speak to the boss :-X I am starting to feel like it must be my fault because I have been bullied in two of my previous workplaces as well, so I'm starting to wonder if there is something wrong with me :-[
In the first workplace I was bullied at, I did go to the boss, but he basically told me I had to put up with it. So I was relived when I left there.

I think I suffer from an inferiority complex...
