Made eggplant dip from roasted slices of eggplant in AF and then in toTmx with  garlic , lemon juice and tahini.  Made garlic bread from slices of bread rolls baked in AF.
Maddy,  those rolls look great.  I think rice bran oil may give best finish in AF.

Maddy, do you used a commercial rice bran spray or make up your own spray?

GUESS WHAT? GUESS WHAT!!! YES, I GOT AN AF!!

Husband bought it on the way home from Hardly normal for $380.00

We made sweet potato chips and paprika chicken drumsticks. Very yummy.

We did the chips for 15mins at 160, then again at 180. They were a little too done in parts almost going black. But that's what you get for following the recipe.

So excited. I have been eyeing this thread for ages looking at all the yummy food. I really want to make veggie chips. My next adventure.

Great price MrsB, you are going to love it.

I cooked a small shoulder of lamb yesterday, I cooked it at 150 for 2 hours but think it would have been better much lower like I do in the oven. While the meat was resting I put in potato wedges I had par boiled in the morning then mixed with olive oil, salt and lemon. I cooked the potatoes at 200 for minutes stirring twice and they were perfect.

not frozen Judy, made them.
prepared in thermo, took about 10 mins....when I grab a chance, will post the recipe.

Question....should we post our tried & tested recipes in AF guideline thread?...they may get lost in here.
