INAID, the chicken is marinated in a spice paste made up of curry powder, onion, turmeric etc. So yummy :)

Julie, I've posted the recipe. Don't know how to create links in tapatalk though.

Cookie, you can use the Baba's curry powder for this dish. Do try it. I was so pleased that it turned out so well :D

I did a lemon chicken & crispy potato recipe from CFM&Y for lunch which entailed marinating the chicken for 2 hours then steaming it and the potato cubes in the varoma for 15 minutes before placing under a griller for 15-20 minutes.  Air fryer did the job instead of the griller though although the potatoes could have done with a tad more time and the Marylands a minute or two less.  It worked well  - I thought it would be just as easy to cook the whole meal in the a/f though ;)

No but I cut it into very small florets and stirred it occasionally courton.  I then placed it in my small thermosaver and I think it softened a little by doing that. I've never had baked cauli before and wasn't sure if it should be soft or slightly crunchy but I think it is supposed to be the latter.

It was crunchy. DH enjoyed it but I thought it should a bit softer.
