Made the cover of the latest Good Taste magazine. I cooked the beef in the slow cooker. Just delicious.
Served with potato and pumpkin mash, carrots and beans.

Judy, if you follow their instructions you would be in the kitchen for hours.
I used your caramelised onion recipe from the fetta and mushroom tarts and the slow cooker for the casserole. It turned out very well.

It certainly is a long recipe with lots of ingredients Michele but the TMX can help out with the bacon and leek step as well as the caramelising of the onions so that has to save some time. It was obviously worth the effort though?

Mich that looks amazing
I made porridge for mum and SD because they had been out for a big lunch. I had peanut butter on toast because I wasn't feeling well and had to go to work.
