I made this dish last night and it was devoured by all. I found some of the thigh fillets were a bit uncooked and so I cooked it for 4 minutes longer. Thanks for another great recipe BZB.

Yes, an easy recipe to make - I have all those ingredients in the spice drawers as I'm sure a lot of others do too.

Happy dance :) Thanks for trying, Courton. Which temp did you cook the the extra 4 mins, and for how many pcs. I've got to modify the recipe. Can't have undercooked chicken. Eeks!

I had it at 180 but don't worry about modifying the recipe. The time depends on the thickness of the chicken meat.

I have this marinating in the fridge, realized that I had added  golden syrup instead of honey when I went to add the second tablespoon oooops.
