It is still pleasant over here in the West however the heat is back next week. We also usually get a lovely breeze and miss it when it doesn't come.  We had hoped to resist putting in an aircon.  I'm doing a tally of how often I would desire one( twice so far this year!)

Its only the 8th day of the year so far!  Hopefully you will get a lovely breeze Bedlam.

Morning all.
Bedlam, we put off putting in a reverse cycle AC for about 8 years at Cherokee. Mostly because after a hot day we would get a cool breeze at night. However with climate change we stopped getting the regular cool change. We use it sparingly. Also the house has automatic external blinds that function with a sun sensor .
I may not be very active here for the next few days as I tripped over in the veggie garden and hurt my back. Just muscle damage. Won't be cooking.

Good morning everyone.
Sorry to hear of your mishap Chookie, that's no good at all.  How ever is Ral going to keep you out of the kitchen and garden until you feel better??  I hope you didn't have a busy week planned.  Xx

Take it easy Chookie, you are lucky it's only muscle damage (painful needless to say).
Very frustrating for a woman when she's out of action for a while.
Very hot in Perth for next 3 days, stay cool everyone.

Take care, Chookie, back pain can be excruciating and so very frustrating until you are back to normal.

Hi friends.

Take care of yourself Chookie and rest up :-*

It's going to rain today. At least it was dry when I walked Chance this morning but boy it's very muddy and slippery across the fields and footpaths.
