The biscuits look yummy. Haven't had asparagus soup in years, yum.

Cinnamon muffins for DH to take to work.
I used these wonderful pan liners that were given to me by a forum Secret Santa. They are fantastic, nothing sticks and they fit into a CD case so take up next to no space.

I baked my rye SD loaf. We are having a massive tidy out as we paint and I didn’t hear the stove timer. It baked for 11 minutes extra. Apart from being a darker crust it seems fine.

Baked a seed pipe loaf for Ral and a Caraway Rye for me. For the seed loaf I ground 100g of seeds in the TMX . Then added 400 g bread flour and 1 1/4 cups warm water and 3 teaspoons of yeast. Salt and sugar. This was a bit too much for the pipe tin and it squeezed out the sides a bit.

DH loves the bits that come out of the pipe load tin.
I did an overnight white SD loaf for my brother to take home.

Made another one today.  I’m after the perfect SD loaf.   :o
Also made some a Marmalade muffins.  Have this very good Stone ground, Biodynamic flour.  However it produces heavy baked goodies. This recipe was ok.

They all look so very tasty Chookie.
I made some Cumquat Marmalade today. A friend came over and gave us some cumquats. I’m not a fan of marmalade but DD and DH like it. I will also give a ja to the donor of the cumquats.

I would never be able to get my crust like that Chookie, fantastic.  :D

Cookie, I don't like marmalade that has thick strands of peel in it, think it's awful. I don't like feeling the hard stringy bits in it but if small and thin then I enjoy it.  Have never had one made with cumquats though. :D

Julie this cumquat marmalade recipe is great, making in the Thermomix means no big pieces of peel https://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=14637.msg332461#msg332461. I make as much as I can for SIL when my gardener passes on cumquat fruit but with all that sugar it worries me that he eats it so quickly.

That’s the one I made Judy. I was told this morning, it’s ok, but not my favourite.
