CHRISTMAS / Christmas Class

We had the morning Perth class today and I'm even more inspired. Some of the things that were made and we tasted were ever so yum! I was also thrilled to see that my Beetroot, Parmesan and Cashew dip was also in the Festive Cookbook.

I'll be interested to see how others liked it.

I always do that. In fact I buy (sinful I know) a cheap tinned plum pudding, add some booze to it and roll into balls. I thin melt white chocolate over the top and put a tiny bit of red and green cherries on it. Hey presto, tiny plum puddings.

I made these yesterday and they were lovely. The only thing I did was chop the macadamias before I made the biscuits.
