perhaps a silly question :'(
going to make the risotto for dinner tonight from the recipe book, do u think it would work if i lowered the rice quantity and up'ed the amount of veggies??? i will keep the water the same. im gonna give it ago.. perhaps it might be less sticky/gluggy??

Not so silly. If you find it too watery I would add some cream cheese at the end so it makes it into a creamy sauce. Allow it to rest in the Thermoserver for a few minutes after it is done and it may all soak in. Let us know how you go.  ;)

so far it is perfect lol... i only used half the wine and half cheese (flavours are to strong for us)... it looks the same as last time i made it consistancey wise (by the recipe)... i wish it was dinner time now ... when i added the onions i stuck in a carrot and a zuchinni and cooked them a little longer then the recipe.... then added some chicken and cooked it in the wine....for a few minutes..... added the rice an cooked as per recipe... i think lol.....
