I spotted a thermomix in the kitchen of one of the best restaurants in Hong Kong whrn I was watching the Food Network today.  One of the contestants was even using it but unfortunately I don't know what he was making with it

Mmmmm  Made this today and just devoured a slice with the parmesan onion butter (I used spring onions).  I am glad I am home alone at the moment or I would never get another slice.  The flavour of the bread is delicious and it has crunch crust and soft fluffy interior.  This is a 6/5 in my books.  I will be making this one a lot  ;D

Oh Tenina!!! 

As we both know shipping to Canada was horrendous but it was sooooo worth it.  Mine finally came today and I couldn't be more thrilled.  It looks amazing.  Gonna be a busy rest of the week for me trying them all out.  The pictures are fantastic.  The whole book is actually.  Thank you so much  ;D ;D ;D ;D

The recipe makes 16 but I made 12 slightly larger ones.  My husband and I had 2 each for dinner with a side of tomato alfredo pasta.  They were very filling.  My 20 something son came home from work about 11:30 pm (I was in bed) and I got up this morning and he ATE 8 OF THEM when he got home from work!!!!  He said they were delicious  LOL

Trying to wait patiently  :-))  There was a glitch trying to order to Canada but Tenina assures me that it will be fixed right away.  I can hardly wait but in the meantime I will get tucked in with all the great reviews so that I am ready to go once I get it  ;D

I made the EDC Ruff Puff Pastry tonight and finished up the sausage rolls.  DH is on his second one and still has no idea that it's not meat.  LOL.  I am in a house full of men who love to eat meat and resist anything vegetarian.  I will tell him but probably not until he eats one or two more  ;D  BTW it seems fine with the pecans instead of walnuts.

I had every kind of nut except walnuts  ;D  I used pecans and it is in the fridge and I will make them tomorrow.  We'll see how it goes.

I finally tried this out tonight.  It was very fast and very yummy.  We just had it over sliced banana.  I will definately be making this one over and over.
