Orange fluff
« on: October 06, 2009, 09:32:11 am »
as my kids have named it.

Simple enough:

Peel and halve 4-5 navel oranges and place in bowl.
Add 150g of ice.
Blitz for 20 seconds on speed 8.
Serve in glasses.

*Adult version - add a couple of nips of vodka and mix on speed 4 for 5 secs before serving.*

I like the frozen screwdriver idea, and the champers poured over a coupe glass with orange fluffy in the base - Brass monkey's buck's fizz.
