I am going for simple tonight - poached eggs and avocado on toast with a couple of Black Russian tomatoes that have been lurking around in my bowl for too long.

Sorry, I was being a bit too political at the end there so have deleted it.

Now I'm curious Marina.

It was a comment about a certain "World Leader" who was formerly the head of his country's vicious secret service.

Last night we had a Cambodian Beef recipe of Tenina's that was cooked in a bag in the Varoma. It was so very tender.
DH decided it needed some flat breads to wrap it in, so he whipped up his very quick ones. It was just perfect.

DH's talents are gradually coming out cookie.

I had some chicken drumsticks out for tea tonight, hadn't decided how I was going to cook then when the postie delivered a book I ordered through Amazon Book Depository last week.  I went straight to the index and next minute I had maple dijon drumsticks in the slow cooker.  Off out for the day and all I had to do when I returned was a jacket potato and heat some cauli/broccoli au-gratin I had in the freezer.
