I wondered if this was a thx recipe, I make these all the time. They cook up yummy. I just spread the mix on the pastry and roll it up. The mix thickens  and sets when cooked, best not to over cook as they then taste dry. These taste like normal sausage rolls haven't met anyone who doesn't enjoy.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to make fluffy white with high fibre, my dh only likes white( give me a mixed seed wholemeal any day)?

I understand your feeling completely, 1 week Friday , and I haven't stopped cooking. Well only to replenish supplies. I am now buying bread flour in bulk! My husband says he is being fed like a king, I feel sooo clever. To think I felt ill after we had spent so much money thinking I wouldn't do it justice. My thermomix was delivered Friday evening,since then it hasn't stopped.  It does so much more than I anticipated.  My family are delighted. I used the varoma tonight with a recipe from the forum,herbed rolled chicken- just can't stop saying Wow!
I have never joined a forum before, Thermomix has inspired me in many ways.
