I'm still going through freezer stock and making things from what I find as best I can.  Did a quick chicken curry in my elec pressure cooker yesterday for DH using curry paste from the freezer.

Had your zucchini and tomato soup last night, Chookie.  Not really hot soup weather, but it was very tasty and so easy to make.

We had roast beef last night and the night before we had a Gnocchi dish with chorizo. It was very nice.

Marina, glad you enjoyed the Zucchini and tomato soup.
Fillet steak again. With salad as it is very warm.  I bought 1/2 a whole fillet and trimmed it and sliced it.  Made 2 meals.
Our IGA has roasted ham hocks.  I bought one which will do us 2 meals, ( $11).  I will make soup out of the bones when finished.

We are having fish, chips and salad. It's too hot to do much else.

I made some small meatballs and a vegetable sauce to have with pasta for dinner last night.  The sauce was nice but I wasn't keen on the meatballs.  Will be having the left overs tonight.
