I made creamy garlic prawn risotto for dinner tonight (DH's favourite- Fathers Day).  I am shedding a little excess weight at the moment so I just had a small serve with a nice garden salad. I couldn't stop myself from licking the butterfly though.  :-)) :-))

DD arrived with a Mexican dinner all cooked for us - chicken enchiladas and bean burritoes - really tasty!!!!!

For us it was pizza tonight but not just any ordinary pizza, it was a pizza cooked by myself with the help of Thermie from scratch using just my bowl and my chopping board to chop my salami up. LOOOVed it !!

we had that the other night CC, and I made some home made spaghetti to go with it. such an easy delicous meal.

I make ths all the time, i only ever serve it up as lasagna, i have made it for heaos of people, adults, kids and everyine loves my lasagna, they all want a 2nd helping.
