Fundj I would be interested how the blinis taste - have a recipe for buckwheat and sour cream ones, they are on my to do list. I think that would be great to have some where to post the reciews and tweaks from the Thermomix Recipe Community.

I am making the quinoa salad from the Dinner Spinners for lunch.

Dinner will be left overs - a savoury cheesecake from Yotam Ottelinghi. (conversion from this site - sorry I can't remember who posted). It is yummy.

Wow Hally, those valentine cakes look wonderful.  The teacher will be most impressed.

Did you make them Hally? Those decorations remind me of those Sweetheart lollies that were around back in the good old days...
(I didn't mention to DH that it was Valentines today, and am wondering if he is going to bring me home some flowers when he realises?)

GS did all the steps for making the cake but Grandma had to take over for the decorating so as not to spoil it  :-)) I did hold his hand and let him pipe the centre heart of cream.  I thought it easier to get him to make 1 big cake than a batch of small ones.

What a wonderful thought for crown prince's teacher Hally. They look lovely.

Judy your GS looks very proud of 'his' cake.

I hope you get some flowers CP. I have received 1 bunch in 44 years of being together. That was the day DD was born and he felt he had to do it.  I have received other gifts though. eg personalised car plates with the number of my very first car on it-I loved this one.

Great photos and cakes ladies!!

Today I've made the Chicken Salad with Vietnamese dressing from Dinner Spinner - it's becoming a regular on the menu!

Need to menu plan tonight and try some new recipes too. I'm after some biscuit snacks that are somewhat healthy (well not loaded with sugar), any suggestions?

Cookie, teacher loved the cake. Is having a family get together, she is taking the cake to show the nieces :)

Dede, did it via ds laptop, still might buy app as it woud be easier than using 2 devices.

Thanks goldfish :)

All ready for valentines dinner, been cooking nearly all day for 1 meal.LOL
