Tasty, these look great.  You will be giving Bakers Delight a run for their money.  BD cost 60 cent each.

Tonight I made Beef Diane converted from an old recipe in a casseroles book. Well post the conversion shortly.  I have a dough for a pull apart rising at the moment and well tackle putting that together shortly.

Just had Eggs Benedict with Hollandaise sauce made in the TMX.

Not sure why it keeps posting the photos so large as I reduce them. What size should they be?

That looks good Tasty. It is making me hungry. I have been installing a new kitchen sink and haven't had breakfast yet.  I think I know what I am making for lunch now.

Congratulations Chookie, that is wonderful news. If you are at all concerned where your 4kg has gone, don't worry I have it. :-*

Today I am cooking treats for DS to take to school.
Chocolate Brownie
Apple, Dried Cranberry and Almond Loaf from Stephberg website http://www.stephberg.com/?p=2911

For dinner I am adapting the EDC Beef Stroganoff. Instead of beef, I am using chicken mince. DS perfers chicken over meat and as I have 1/2 kg of chicken mince that I need use I thought why not try it with chicken mince.

Dessert will be a mocca self saucing pudding I was going to make earlier in the week but DS ate too many lollies that day so there was no dessert.

Going out to DS's place for wine on the back patio this afternoon.  Will take out the Golden Syrup Cake I made today and there is a zucchini slice in the oven at the moment that we may use for dinner.  If not the grand children can take it for their lunches at school tomorrow.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

I have some bread rising as there are only 3 slices left in the house. Then some housework and more reading of my new cookbooks. I bought one from the Beechworth Bakery yesterday. We always head there when we are in Echuca so love the book.

I decided to do all my cooking in the new fanforced oven yesterday (what a mistake) I burnt almost everything, I had so many things going at once that I wasn't watching the oven close enough and had the temp to high I think. Oh well plenty of charcoal in my family's diet this week lol.
Nothing was burnt black just a dark brown. I end up cooking my cheese and bacon rolls in the convection microwave cause I didn't want to risk burning them as well. I think I need to get used to this new oven before I tackle to many things at once. 😃
