I think I'll have to give these a go so that I use my Dariole moulds  ;D

I've never made or eaten anything like this before.  What are they good eaten with?  As in, are they treated as the main dish, and then add side dishes to them, or are they treated as the veg part of the meal??  Sorry to be thick.  :-))  :P

You could use them as an entree for vegetarians or as one of the vegetable parts of a meal Caroline.
