I agree, I think the onion and leek was too much, or maybe not cooked enough for me.  Not sure whether I'd bother trying it again.  Too many other soups which I know and love

The "lobstersqad" has a lovely vichysoisse recipe from a spanish TM recipe book - I have cooked this many many times and its always lovele. Here is the link: http://lobstersquad.blogspot.com/2006/07/stock-options-cube-or-no-cube.html
Just a suggestions for those who love leek soup but did not like this recipe.

Yes, for 12 mins with spead increasing speed up to 7.

i made this on Wednesday and it was lovely. served 4 people.
I only got my thermomixer on Tuesday this week.

Are you going to try and make it again.
