Stir fried veggies and rice noodles with oyster sauce, the only Asian sauce I know of which doesn’t contain garlic or onion.

Did some cooking for a friend today. Turkey roast, pork schnitzel, sweet chilli wings and heaps of different veggies. 9 packs for his freezer.

Saw my dietician today and have now started the FODMAP challenges after 4 weeks on the elimination diet. Being away for the last week of that was difficult but not impossible and I wasn’t surprised to have lost 1/2 kg. No health problems at all on that elimination diet so now to see if we can track down the culprit(s).

You’re so organised Margaret, the recipients are so lucky you enjoy cooking.

After a week away who feels like getting back into the kitchen, certainly not me but I did make some soup this afternoon to tide me over for a few days.

Big cook up yesterday for the kids’ monthly visit plus some for a friend, just soup for me. Can’t wait for the warmer weather as I’m getting tired of soup.

K Atie there is nothing as nice as a good massage for a tired, aching body.

Marina I thought you only had to isolate for 7 days with Covid now, what figure are you working on? How are you feeling and are you still testing positive?

Chookie you are so generous and the recipients must love receiving your produce. Did the Indian lady know how we use the paste?

What a great social life you have Chookie, you’ll really enjoy your next home made meal though.

We get some interesting results Margaret but as long as we get enough food into us then it doesn’t matter.

Ha ha cookie, I hope it wasn’t too cold a day as I’m sure you didn’t take a change of clothing.

Today I spent hours in Aldi, Woolies and Drakes checking out gf food. Interesting and I bought quite a few of them. I was impressed with Drakes as GF products had a blue label so it made it much easier to find them throughout the store.
