Have you thought about getting a license for home child care? I'm sure that would go down well in Gero.

I cooked up and tasted some of the Blue heese and Walnut Shortbread from the freezer. It is an unusual taste but very nice.I will post a review later. I have fruit soaking to do the little puddings.Made some more Christmas shortbread. Like MJ I sort of forget all of the things the TMX is used for now as it is difinitley a member of the family.

That's fine ILB. It's simply another way of bumping it up. At least we all love them. DH has taken a batch to car club this morning. Apparently the guys there always ask him what he's brought for morning tea from 'that machine'. He's also taken some of Karen's Mums fruit cake.

I've never made panforte, will have to give this a go. I've seen lots of recipes for stale panforte but from the sound of it this won't get the chance to go stale.

Welcome, I'm sure you won't have any trouble winning your DH over when he tastes some of the things you make and the money you save.

Thermomixer, my DD told me Louis V was the god of accessories. She doesn't recognise Hermes.

ILB, you have been busy. It really helps when people post reviews.
I love the new avatar too.

Oh Judy, I had a tear in my eye. I bet your daughter was devastated at the effect it had.

Very wise childcare centres. It makes it so much easier. We used to try and carve up birthday cakes into 30-40 equal pieces.

Thanks. I rather like goat's cheese. Your photo looks very appetising.

I'm afraid mine have scribble all over them. I do like the idea of post its though as sometimes things change and then I have to white out the scribble notes. I may have to use post its until I'm sure of the TMX ones.

It seemed creamier. My theory will probably crash when we have it next time with the butterfly and it isn't as good. But for the moment....................
