Fantastic, CC.  Hope the rain keeps away. Thanks for the photos.  They really did a lot in one day.
We are in for a very cold wet few days.

Thanks for the photos CC.  A good days work, things will move along quickly now.

At last you will see lots of progress Denise. Fingers crossed for lovely weather. Are you excited?

We went out today.  Very exciting. Ballarat looks normal except for the shops that are closed. Lots of cars but not a lot of people.  Aldi car park full.  Our little shopping center car park full.
We are in for a very cold blast overnight.

Cold morning here too.  I decided not to go for my beach walk as there were predictions of rainfall.  So glad I did as the heavens opened when I would have been half way through it.  Dark skies so I hope we get more as the day goes on.  :D

Temperature range, 3 to 8.
Naughty Chooks are roosting in the layer boxes. I can go out for 3 consecutive nights and shift them or line the boxes with paper and remove it each day.

Is it because they are cold Chookie?

It's been really cold here today.  Been kept busy with various things and DH's meal has been made, will just need to warm it up when he gets home from work tonight.
I put some fresh flannelette sheets on the bed today so even though it's just gone 5pm I've decided to get into my warm bed with my laptop.  Ahhh, simple pleasures.  ;D

KAtie, it snowed here overnight ,   more forecast for today.  2 degrees overnight. We warm the bedroom but turn the heater off when ready to sleep.  This morning I turned the heater on at 5 as it was so cold.
Julie, I think it is to do with the pecking order. There is enough room for them to all roost and they are well protected from the cold.

Poor you chookie. I went walking in the Esplanade at sunrise. 40 minutes later I had to turn the Air Con on high on the way home. 30 here today
