Well my thoracic disc prolapse just happened........ Woke up one night with terrible chest pain initially the neurologist  thought I had myelitis then a tumour as I have a large cyst on the spine too - filnally the prolapse was diagnosed and I had surgery - ended up been in hospital for 6 weeks as I managed to catch golden staph ! A terrible time with a 3 year old 15 month old and our house up for auction!!!! ! Anyway we survived. I have ongoing pain with back and I have osteoarthritis in hip and knee - had hip surgery in March for labral repair and cam impingement - hasn't really settled down so I am having PRP next Monday on my hip and knee(having my own bone marrow injected into hip and knee joint to help recovery/repair (fingers crossed it helps) !

I'd be interested in some good cream to reduce scarring - I'm have spinal surgery via the front of my neck in Sept. to fuse some cervical discs - I will need be some great scar reducing cream or pearls to cover the scar!

We felt it here in Kew - windows rattled!

I have made up the magic spray now all I have to do is convince my kids to use it over the holidays - it's killing me I want to get down and scrub my tiles but I probably won't be able to get back up as I had hip surgery a few months ago and I am still recovering - I could stand up though and clean the windows!
