We had a roast pumpkin and feta quiche. I served it with green veggies and a whipped feta. It was very nice. I will try to pop it up if I remember.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Steak and Greek potatoes, they were very tasty . From super sides made easy .

Had some leftover brown rice, bacon and Spanish sausage so made a sort of fried rice to go with the salmon. Ate last of Xmas Pud with remaining custard and yogurt ice cream.
Tonight veal some how. Brandy snap baskets  withStrawberries and yoghurt ice cream.
This is terrific, can see some space in freezer.

We are having a Taco salad that was in the Women's Weekly. It's from their new book Happy Salads. If its nice I will look at buying the book.

Skinnymixers salmon with lemon butter sauce and barley . A nice change could have cooked the barley longer .
