Looking through starters & snacks last night I came across this recipe of BZB's.  Recently I made Brazilian Cheese Puffs from Travelling with Thermomix which I loved so I thought I'd try this recipe to compare.  The ingredient quantities and cooking temperatures were different, there are a lot of recipes out there for this tasty morsel.

I used the a/f as BZB suggested because she preferred those cooked this way rather than in a mini muffin tin in the oven.  I can understand why you couldn't get the shapes uniform BZB, with the sides of the wire basking having a slight slope into the centre, I think it would be an impossible feat. I don't think my large ones are cooked enough (still edible though) but the little ones were fine.

My mistake but the silicon cupcake holders I used were quite big for the first lot and took much longer to cook so I then used my smallest cupcake holders for the remaining mixture.   As the cooking took much longer than I thought, for that reason I would prefer to use the oven and cook them all in one go and in mini muffin tins for an even shape.   Some of the batter overflowed onto the floor of the a/f so I discovered it made excellent cheese cracker biscuits  ;D

I'd like to tray a batch of those cheesy crackers Marina, I'm sure tablespoons of the mixture on a flat non-stick tray would work.

I like the idea of the cheese crackers Judy. My mob are always eating cheese type biscuits, especially DH.

I needed something quick to make in the morning before school for a class party. These were terrific. I used mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, cooked them in greased, silicon mini muffin tins and baked them in the oven
